JMD Trees was built on generations of experience, family knowledge, and a deep respect for quality trees. What started as visits to a family tree farm more than 30 years ago has grown into a trusted tree service for homeowners and contractors across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Our Story

More than 30 years ago, one of our cousins started a tree farm. Growing up, we visited the farm every few years and saw firsthand what it takes to grow healthy, well-rooted trees — from patience and proper care to knowing which trees thrive in different conditions.

Five years ago, after years of staying connected to family members in the tree nursery and farm business, those conversations turned into action. With guidance from experienced relatives already working in the industry, JMD Trees was born to bring quality trees and dependable service to North Texas.

Today, we still rely on that same family network of growers and nurseries. It allows us to source strong, healthy trees and offer sizes ranging from 15 to 95 gallons — whether you’re planting one tree or planning an entire property.
